My New Year's stay at this hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The best aspects of my visit were the clean and presentable appearance of the hotel, made me feel comfortable and at ease. the location of the hotel was quite convenient, with easy access to light and furniture shops nearby. It was a great advantage to be able to explore these areas conveniently.

There were a few aspects that I disliked. the noise levels in the corridors could get quite loud, especially if other guests were talking loudly outside their rooms.

The location of the hotel is convenient for exploring the city, as it is close to the airport and a small shopping center. It is also easy to travel downtown and visit popular tourist destinations. The rooms have blackout blinds and pre-made coffee sachets for added convenience.

The service provided by the hotel staff is lacking, with issues such as deactivated card keys and a dusty room.

The hotel has a convenient location and provides reliable Wi-Fi. The hot water in the shower was consistent, and the staff responded promptly to my request for fresh sheets. Despite some minor challenges, I'll consider staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is a real gem for the price. The value for money is exceptional, especially considering the location. It may not be right in the city center, but it's in a good area with easy access to public transportation. The nearest MRT station is just a short bus ride away. The staff at this hotel are also very friendly and attentive, offering to keep our things in their fridge. The rooms with windows are definitely worth the upgrade, providing plenty of natural light and a nice view. Plus, the bed was really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved upon—having a table and chair in the room. It would have been more convenient to have a dedicated space to write and check my papers.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two important aspects of this hotel. the location was key as it was close to two bus stations and even offered a free shuttle service to the MRT. This made it very convenient for me to explore the city and visit various attractions. the reception staff were friendly and the check-in process was seamless. The door man was also very friendly and cute, adding to a positive overall experience. Lastly, the room was relatively clean and the standard of housekeeping was consistent throughout my stay.
